NexGen informed me they were just a distributor and that all service related matters needed to be directed to IST. this was never resolved because IST did not care! and we shelved the unit and 3 years later we purchased a TechnoClean CBG recycler. this unit has worked very well for the past 7 years and their service department is top notch. we were catious to purchase another recycler, but after working with CBG, they made us very comfortable. I recommend staying away from over seas units and working with a company like CBG who manufacturers their own equipment right here in the USA.
